Birthday sessions celebrate another trip around the sun for you, and we like to help you celebrate in whatever way you want! With us, birthday sessions don’t have to look like your stereotypical shoot with balloons and confetti, or it can. Want to travel for your session? We’ve got you. Want something classy and fancy? We’ve got you. Wanna include your friends? We’ve got you. Want to get really creative and outside the box? Let’s do it.

Our Full Process

1. Inquiry
We schedule a phone or video call to discuss what you want for your session and any ideas you have. You can show us any inspiration images and we will give you a price and plan based on how we’ll bring your vision to life.

2. Secure Your Session
To secure your session we require a 50% deposit plus any additional fees to create sets, reserve locations, etc. Your remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

3. Planning
We do what we do best and prepare to bring your vision to life. We find and secure locations, find props, furniture, set pieces and anything else necessary.

4. The Session
The big day! Shooting with Bobby Kerns Productions is easy and we provide you with all creative direction and guidance to bring your ideas to life.

5. Album Reveal & Ordering Session
After your images are finished we will reach out to you to set a date for your album reveal session! You get to pick your included images, purchase a print package, products, and additional images.

6. Product Delivery
Your purchased prints and digital images are delivered to you and you get to enjoy your new family prints!

All sessions include:
10 digital images
Up to 2 hours of shooting
1 Outfit Change
We also offer: Custom Set Design, Prop and Furniture Rentals, Location Rentals, High End Skin Retouching, Expedited Delivery, Extra Outfit Changes, Additional Digital Images.

With us, digital images are great, but they aren’t the final product. We highly encourage and incentivize our clients to purchase prints because not only do they mean more, but they allow you to display your family in your home and gift it to others.
Print packages start at $300 as well as a large variety of products. All print packages include additional digital images.

How long will it take to receive the photos?
The average turnaround time for senior sessions is 7-10 days. You will be notified if your session will take longer to deliver.
How many people can I include in my session?
Birthday sessions can be done by yourself or with other people for an additional cost. Inquire for a specific quote.
Can I come with ideas to my session?
Of course! Your session is a collaborative process and we would love to hear what you have in mind throughout the entire process.
Do you post about every session you shoot?
While every session doesn’t get featured on our Instagram or website, there’s always the chance to be featured! We do retain the rights to all photos shot by Bobby Kerns Productions and the right to use them for promotional purposes.

Bring an extra change of shoes if you’re in heels for an outdoor session. Your feet will thank you.
Bring powder and lipstick, you never know when you’ll want to reapply or touch up
Having a backup outfit in the car is a good idea just in case something happens on the way to the session.
Come prepared to your in studio session with an artist or playlist in mind, we love using music to get you in the mood!
Remember to have fun and enjoy the session!

Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Deposits and session fees are non-refundable. You can schedule a new date for your session should a conflict arise. Sessions must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time to avoid a. rescheduling fee of $15.
The new session date must be within 30 days of the original session date or the deposit becomes void and a new deposit is needed.
Late Fee Policy
Any client that arrives more than 10 minutes late to a session is eligible for a late fee of $10 that increases by $10 every additional 10 minutes.
*Late Fee Example: You arrive 30 minutes late, you owe $30 extra
Tampering Policy
No client is permitted to re-edit or modify digital photos in any way once they have been delivered. Bobby Kerns Productions retains the exclusive right to manipulate and print images. If you have a specific edit you would like, please approach us prior to delivering your final products. Tampering with and post re-edited images can result in legal action as these images would not reflect our work.
Editing, Delivery and Gallery
Upon the completion of your session you will be given a estimated window of completion. Please note that editing takes place during office days, which exclude Wednesdays and Sundays. For expedited deliveries additional costs will apply when edits are required to be delivered on these days.
Your gallery will be available for a limited time to download your images and a gallery retrieval fee may occur if your photos need to be retrieved from our databases in the future. You may also choose to pay to keep your gallery online for a monthly fee of $10/mo.
