We have been serving Charlotte for nearly a decade and are happy to be expanding our coverage into other cities and states, including Atlanta, DC, Virginia and more over the coming year. Event Photography
Photography is an amazing way to capture your event, especially when you do it with Bobby Kerns Productions. We capture candid and posed photos that give you and your guests a great way to remember the event, plus gives you amazing marketing materials for future events.

Event Recap Films & Documentaries
Recap films with Bobby Kerns Productions are meant to showcase all of the highlights of your event at a glance and shows everyone what they missed! Recap films usually average between 1-3 minutes long, and length ultimately depends on the amount of coverage requested. Your event deserves to be showcased in style and quality are we're here to do just that!
Event documentary films are designed to get more in depth and show a lot more of your event. If you want to give a longer look at your event, hear moments that happened or listen to testimonials from attendees or hosts, this is the move for you. We have provided these longer looks for some of our largest clients and they love how you get to almost fully relive the event and feel the impact.

Whether your event needs more reach to people who can’t make it, or you want to film a show to have for later, Bobby Kerns Productions is here to help! We are here to provide you with single or multi-camera setups for weddings, conferences, panels, shows and more.
Livestream and show taping services start at $500. Inquire about your event for specific pricing for single and multi-cam services. Solo and team coverage available based on event details.

Ready to move forward with booking us? Here are the steps after contacting us:
1. Deposit: Paying the deposit will solidify photo or video coverage of your event in our calendar and officially make you our client! The deposit amount always includes travel fees, and upon receiving it we will begin arranging coverage plans. Your invoice and contract will be sent out together with all details included inside. We use Square services for Invoicing and Contracts to ensure an easy and secure booking process. The deposit amount is 50% of the overall amount + traveling fees.
2. Planning: In order to properly prepare to service you, we’ll want to hop on a call or further converse over email/text to get more details about what you’re looking for and any last minute details.
3. The Remaining Balance: For all sessions by Bobby Kerns Productions, the full balance must be paid the week leading up to the event.
