A headshot session is for someone who needs 1-3 new photos for social media or for their business cards. If you’re looking for a full array of images that will represent your entire brand, a branding session is right for you.

How long will it take to receive the photos?

The average turnaround time for a solo headshot sessions is 7-10 days. You will be notified if your session will take longer to deliver.

Do you help with posing?

Of course! No matter how nervous or comfortable you are in front of the lens, we’re here to guide you.

1. Bring an extra change of shoes if you’re in heels for an outdoor session. Your feet will thank you.

2. Bring powder and lipstick if you’re wearing makeup or have oily skin, you never know when you’ll want to reapply or touch up

3. Having a backup outfit is a good idea just in case something happens on the way to the session.

4. Come prepared to your in studio session with an artist or playlist in mind, we love using music to get you in the mood!

5. Remember to have fun and enjoy the session!

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Deposits and session fees are non-refundable. You can schedule a new date for your session should a conflict arise. Sessions must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time or the deposit is voided and a new deposit required to book.

The new session date must be within 30 days of the original session date or the deposit is voided and a new deposit is needed to rebook.

Late Fee Policy

Any client that arrives more than 10 minutes late to a session is eligible for a late fee of $10 that increases by $10 every additional 10 minutes.

*Late Fee Example: You arrive 30 minutes late, you owe $30 extra

Tampering Policy

No client is permitted to re-edit or modify digital photos in any way once they have been delivered. Bobby Kerns Productions retains the exclusive right to manipulate and print images. If you have a specific edit you would like, please approach us prior to delivering your final products. Tampering with and post re-edited images can result in legal action as these images would not reflect our work.

Editing, Delivery and Gallery

Upon the completion of your session you will be given a estimated window of completion. Turnaround time is usually 7-10 days. Expedited deliveries is available at an additional cost for faster turnaround.

Your gallery will be available for a limited time to download your images and a gallery retrieval fee may occur if your photos need to be retrieved from our databases in the future.

Copyright and Usage
We retain the rights to all photos shot by Bobby Kerns Productions and the right to use them for promotional or commercial purposes.
